You can't bring up the F.C. Sète without mentioning everything it did for French football in the 1930's. With such names as Llense, Bukovi, Yvan Beck, Lukacs, Cazal, Chardar, Dubus, Franques, Balmanya, Brusseaux, Koranyi, Danzelle and many other important figures, who helped the team in the legendary green and white jerseys become French champions in 1934 and 1939. The team also won two French Cups, in 1930 and 1934, becoming the first team in the history of professional football to win both the Cup and the Championship.

The legendary club, created in 1953. Arago participated in several European Cups (83,88,94,96 and 99) which it won in 1988. The 90s were a fruitful time for the club. In 1995, Arago won the French Championship, in 1997 the French Hopefuls Championship, and in 2002 the French Junior championship. In 2003, Arago finished in 4th place in the Pro league A, which qualified the club for the European Cup.
