In Sète, children are welcome for all sorts of activities

 

 

- Visit the port and the oyster farms on the Thau Lagoon on boat trips organized by SETE CROISIERES.

- Catch a miniature train and take a ride downtown ("PETIT TRAIN").

- Search for the pirate Barberoussette by renting the audioguided tour called the PIERRES BLANCHES
(rent this device at the tourist office).

- Have a ride on caroussels located in the city center, in the old port district near the tourist office area.

- Dive and discover the depths of the Mediterranean with the ECOLE DE PLONGEE SETOISE or AQUA SETE.

- Read or borrow books, CDs or video from the town's libraries François MITTERRAND and André MALRAUX.

 
- Films at the cinemas COMOEDIA.

- Have fun skating at SKATE PARK located in the district the QUILLES (free
access).

- Swim at the water resort Raoul Fonquerne, or sail at the "CENTRE NAUTIQUE MUNICIPAL",
ride horses with "SETE EQUITATION PASSION" club, rent bikes at theDEFERLANTES' shop,
play tennis in two clubs : TENNIS CLUB of SETE or BARROU SETE ET MATCH or play golf at the EXOTIC MINI GOLF....

- Do you know that fishing from the beach is allowed... another nice and inexpensive way to keep children busy !

- Children can attend shows, plays, and concerts or participate in activity groups "jeune public"
(young public) of the "Théâtre de la Fonderie" or "Théatre de Poche".

The City Pass

This pass , available in the Tourist Office, will enable you to discover Sète : its museums, its audioguided tours...,
with a reduction from 30 to 50% on usual prices.

Children : under 10: free(for a "solo" or "duo" bought).

Included :

- one audio guided tour such as "strolling along the quays and the city centre of Sète"
or "the old Sète and its fishermen's cemetery (sea cemetery)",

- access to Sète's three main museums (Espace Brassens, Musée Paul Valéry - arts et traditions populaires -, Musée International des Arts Modestes - MIAM), a set of games and coloring book and stories from Sète (City Pass Enfant) and a welcome drink in our partner
                             restaurants.

This city pass can be used all year round whatever the duration of your stay.
