1st day : Sète and its famous children
9.30 arrival at sète, meeting with a professional guide.
9.45 a.m. Guided tour of the town.
11.20 a.m. guided tour of the Paul Valéry Museum and of the cimetière marin.
12.15 p.m lunch in a local restaurant
2.30 p.m. booking in at the hotel.
15 p.m. discovering of "l'Espace Brassens", a museum dedicated to this famous native, to his life, and his work; and then a visit of the "cimetière le py" where Georges Brassens is buried.
16.30 p.m. freetime and shopping.
8 p.m. dinner at a local restaurant.
2nd day : Sète, a fishing port between sea and lake.
9.15 a.m. commented visit of "the pointe courte", a small quarter of fihermen situated on the shore of the "étang de Thau" (salted lake).
10 a.m. Departure for a boat trip and commented visit of "the bassin de Thau "and its oyster beds.
11 a.m. tasting of seafood at a shellfish farm mas(Provencal farmhouse)
12.15 p.m. lunch in Sète
15 p.m. visit of the port and of the auction market
16.30 p.m. end of the visit.
